Senior DevSecOps

We are looking for a talented, goal-oriented, motivated and proactive team player with excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills to join our Cloud Platform and Products team. You will be working with leading industry cloud solutions and teams in Banking, Insurance and other financial services solutions.

Candidates should be self-driven, and have an appetite and ability to learn and upskill quickly.

Requirements:
In the role as a Senior DevSecOps Developer, you will be required to perform the below tasks and be responsible for:

• Business-Technology Bridge: Serve as the crucial link between high-level business objectives and the technical solutions necessary to achieve them.
• System Design and Architecture: Utilize your deep understanding of, system design, and architecture to align these aspects with the organization's goals and requirements. Your experience in deploying and supporting applications in productive use will be a welcome input into the design.
• Clearly define and establish the DevOps strategy for the product area aligned with internal software engineering principles.
• CI/CD development patterns and ensure adherence to quality requirements
• Incorporate Agile principles into project delivery

• Architectural Guidance: Provide high-level guidance to projects and their teams, making critical decisions about components and their interactions. Establish design patterns and standards in areas such as performance, security, maintainability, and extensibility to ensure product quality and stability.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with our Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers to understand their business needs and align project scope.
• Value-Driven Software Development: Translate business requirements into software solutions and processes that maximize customer value.
• Industry Best Practices: Leverage your expertise to ensure software development adheres to industry standards and best practices in performance, reliability, and security.
• ABAP Programming: Engage in ABAP programming and conduct software testing to deliver optimal solutions for our customers.

• Support customer and sales teams demos
• Work with the CISO and CISA to ensure implementation of and adherence to security frameworks and development standards.
• Act as a mentor in your area of expertise to other colleagues. Seek to automate where possible and continuously improve existing processes.

Education

• A University degree in Computer Science, Natural Science or relevant areas of studies
• 5+ years of professional experience as Software Developer and Archtitect
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with a specialization in Banking
• Extensive skills in implementation of software solutions, bringing them to production use and supporting them. Skills in the ABAP programming language would be a bonus
• In-depth knowledge of technology, system design, and architecture.
• Customer orientation and a strong focus on quality
• The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand
• Business fluent English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Very good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
