We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our infrastructure team and take ownership of production-grade, hybrid (on-prem + cloud) systems.

This is a hands-on senior role with real responsibility, including operating Kubernetes clusters, working directly with physical servers, designing and maintaining infrastructure, troubleshooting complex networking and database issues, and ensuring high availability of critical services.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and operate highly available, scalable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments

Operate and maintain physical servers, including:

replacing disks, network interface cards (NICs), and other hardware components

basic hardware troubleshooting and coordination with data centers or vendors when required

Own and maintain production Kubernetes clusters, including:

cluster lifecycle management (upgrades, scaling, troubleshooting)

stateful workloads (StatefulSets, PVCs, storage)

networking, certificates, and ingress components

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Operate and troubleshoot production databases, including:

PostgreSQL / MySQL / ClickHouse

backups, restores, migrations, and performance tuning

Design and maintain monitoring and observability solutions:

Prometheus, Grafana, alerting, logging

Actively participate in incident response, including:

troubleshooting complex production issues

root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems

Work closely with development teams on system design, deployments, and reliability improvements

Contribute to security best practices, including networking security, access control, and infrastructure hardening

Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 production systems

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles

Strong experience operating Linux-based production systems

Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environment.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including:

TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT

VPNs, firewalls, load balancing

Proven experience managing production databases:

PostgreSQL / MySQL / ClickHouse

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, logging stacks)

Ability and willingness to work hands-on with physical servers and hardware

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure production scenarios

Experience with Git-based workflows and automation scripting

Nice to Have:

Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)

Experience with bare-metal or virtualization platforms

Experience with Kafka or other distributed / stream-processing systems

Background in telecom, IoT, or high-availability systems

Familiarity with repository managers such as Artifactory or Nexus

Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
