Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure and DevOps frameworks. This role requires demonstratable experience in building secure, scalable and automated environments, with a strong focus on HashiCorp products like Vault, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, open-source operating systems (RHEL) and bash scripting.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement DevOps frameworks for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Configure and manage HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and secure credential handling.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, integrating automated testing and deployment.
• Automate system configuration and provisioning using Ansible and custom Bash scripts.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement robust access control mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.

• Proven experience implementing DevOps frameworks in infrastructure environments.
• Strong proficiency in:

• HashiCorp Vault (deployment, configuration, policies, integrations)
• Terraform (modules, state management, multi-environment setups)
• Jenkins (pipeline scripting, plugins, integrations)
• Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation strategies)
• Bash scripting (automation, system administration tasks)

• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration (Red Hat) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, version control (Git), and artifact management.
• Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure automation.
• Certification in key technologies would be ideal (RHEL, HashiCorp)
