Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a DevOps Specialist with a strong understanding of infrastructure management and experience in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable systems. In this role, you will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure tasks, monitor system performance, and collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and security across our environments.
• Support and development of Kubernetes clusters on physical servers.
• Manage and improve CI/CD processes using GitLab, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Configure and monitor services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Work with networking, TLS, nginx, and Cloudflare.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments, especially on self-hosted or bare-metal setups.
• Strong command of Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Proficient in using nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer.
• Hands-on experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with SaltStack.
• Monitoring skills using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and the ELK stack.
• Understanding of Cloudflare (DNS, proxying, SSL/TLS, WAF).
• Experience with AWS, particularly S3.
Nice to Have:
• Experience writing Helm charts from scratch.
• Knowledge of Python for automation or infrastructure tool integration.
• Experience with continuous deployment of Python applications.
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and VPN-less access.
• Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools for cloud environments.
• Experience working with TeamCity.
• Experience with OpenNebula.
