We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
About Us:
Together with the client’s team you’ll be building a next-generation cloud-based security platform as a backend engineer with strong infrastructure expertise.
The team is working on products that enable security teams to orchestrate forensic investigations, run custom scripts at scale, and respond rapidly to cyber threats across millions of endpoints. The platform powers automated forensic evidence collection, customizable forensic profiles, and streamlined incident response workflows - all within a unified console alongside EDR data.
This role focuses on infrastructure migrations to modernize our platform and improve scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute infrastructure migrations across multiple environments
• Manage Kafka infrastructure including consumers, producers, and cluster configurations
• Implement infrastructure-as-code for repeatable deployments
• Migrate services to new cloud proxy architectures
• Work with established migration patterns and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on dependencies and rollouts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of infrastructure/backend development experience
• Experience with Kafka ecosystem (consumers, producers, consumer groups)
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in hybrid/remote teams
• Self-directed with ability to work independently
• It'd be great if you have experience with: ArgoCD and GitOps workflows; nginx and cloud proxy patterns; Large-scale distributed systems
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
