As part of your role, you will design, implement, and deploy products and infrastructures that will directly increase our stability and quality while reducing our time to market.

Have end-to-end ownership from individual development environments, SCM, Build/CI server, to our production system on AWS.

Design and manage Continuous Integration/Deployment Services (build, packaging and deployment).

Design, document, implement and maintain scripts to enhance current and future build and release processes.

Incorporate new development projects into existing build structures.

Continually evaluate tools and technologies to improve the overall release process.

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.

• Deep knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong hands-on experience operating production workloads on AWS, with a clear emphasis on serverless. systems built around Lambda, alongside services such as DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, CloudFront, IAM, and CloudWatch.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g.Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation) including understanding of stack lifecycle, changes, and operational impact.

• Experience with Containers and Orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/ECR, Kaniko etc.), including ownership of container build and delivery workflows.

• Experience with CI/CD Tools and Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, etc.) including multi-environment deployments, promotion flows, and safe rollout strategies.

• Practical experience with backups, restores, rollbacks, high-availability design, disaster recovery planning, and operating systems across multiple AWS regions.

• Hands-on experience building dashboards, defining monitors and alerts, instrumenting deployments with events, and managing large-scale alerting setups (e.g., Datadog [preferably] , CloudWatch, PagerDuty).

• Good understanding and ability to manage and append Networking on cloud and cloud topology.

• Good script skills - Bash and Python.

• Mentors others, sets technical standards, and helps raise the DevOps maturity of the team.

• Decision-making skills: taking into account both architectural and business considerations, at times with incomplete information.

• Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement.

• Used to owning systems end to end, including on-call participation, incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term stability improvements.

• Focused on reducing manual operational work by building automation and tooling that enables development teams safely.

• Strong ability to use new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning.

• Fluent in English, good writing skills.

• BA in Computer Science.

• Experience in testing methodologies and developing tests (e.g Unit tests, integration tests, system tests).

• Strong networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, Routing).

• Security principles and techniques (Risk management, Threat modeling, secure configuration).

• Familiarity with the Serverless Framework.

• Database usage experience and understanding.

• Experience with Agile development and practices.

• Comfortable developing alongside AI tools and, where useful, applying them to improve DevOps workflows and day-to-day efficiency.

• Cloud Solution Architect Certificate.
