Senior Development Manager - Application Management Services (m/w/d)

• Definition and review of the Application Management strategy, for SAP and other business applications.
• Design of new services/ service components/ tools in the application management area.
• Innovation lead for the application management area.
• Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations. 
• Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area. 
• Partial/project management of customer or internal projects.
• Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area

• Completed university degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications and/or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales of application management.
• Experience in managed IT/SAP Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are considered an advantage.
• Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, as well as very strong communication skills.
• High degree of independence and flexibility, as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness.
• You are business fluent in both German and English.
• Confident with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
