Our company provides application analysis, design, development and programming, software engineering, systems development, testing, integration, and implementation, and management consulting services to various clients – including governmental agencies and private companies – throughout the United States and India.

We provide these services in multiple computing environments and use technologies such as client/server architecture, object-oriented programming languages and tools, distributed database management systems, state-of-the-art networking, and communications infrastructures. • JPA - mandatory
• EJB 3 - mandatory
• JBOSS Seam and JBOSS tools (JBPM) – basics are mandatory
• JSF (at least view layer) – should understand how to integrate with JBOSS Seam
• JBOSS EAP 6.x / JBOSS 4.x AS – mandatory
• Git source code repository – mandatory
• Oracle – mandatory
• Spring framework – at least should know core concepts and transaction handling.

4+ years as a technical lead in a web environment

5+ years full life cycle development J2EE or UI project and development experience

Strong experience with Java, J2EE web application design, development of servlets, Java Server Pages, JSTL and good understanding of MVC framework and Enterprise patterns – including Struts, JSF, Spring, Spring Web Flow and Hibernate

Experience with SOA, Java Web Services (RESTful and SOAP) , XML, and Messaging techniques (Example: Apache ActiveMQ)

Strong experience with Source control (Git), Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Maven is required

Experience integrating search technology (Autonomy, Apache Solr, FAST, etc.) is a plus

Experience in Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum

Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Object-Oriented design concepts

Proficiency with relational database / SQL development

Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and 5 years’ experience or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and 3 years’ experience
