We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our APAC Hub team based remotely in Kuala Lumpur, supporting clients and teams across AUNZ and the wider APAC region. This role is ideal for a highly craft-driven creative who thrives in fast-moving environments and brings strong visual thinking across digital, social, brand, and campaign work.

Role & Responsibilities
Creative & Conceptual Thinking
• Develop strong visual concepts and design directions across social, campaigns, branding, content, and digital experiences.
• Translate creative and strategic briefs into thoughtful, visually engaging design solutions.
• Contribute ideas, references, mood boards, mock-ups, and presentation-ready creative explorations.
• Bring fresh thinking and contemporary visual culture into the work.
Craft & Execution
• Design high-quality creative across multiple touchpoints including social content, campaign assets, presentations, digital ads, OOH, motion references, and branded experiences.
• Create layouts and visual systems that work across multiple formats, channels, and markets.
• Apply strong typography, composition, colour, motion awareness, and storytelling principles to all work.
• Use AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to support ideation, visual exploration, workflow efficiencies, and creative development while maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Apply critical thinking and creative judgement when working with AI-assisted outputs to ensure originality, quality, and brand alignment.
• Maintain pixel-perfect attention to detail from concept through to final delivery.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and collaborate closely with production teams where required.
Collaboration
• Work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Producers across APAC.
• Collaborate effectively across remote and distributed teams.
• Present design thinking clearly and confidently internally and, when needed, to clients.
• Contribute positively to team culture with curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Systems & Workflow
• Help maintain consistency across brand systems, templates, and campaign rollouts.
• Work efficiently within established workflows while identifying opportunities to improve processes and scalability.
• Explore emerging technologies and evolving workflows to improve both creative output and operational efficiency.
• Balance speed and quality in a high-volume production environment.
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience designing for digital, social, campaign, and brand environments within an agency, studio, or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, and multi-platform execution.
• High proficiency across Figma, Google Slides, and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Comfortable working in collaborative design systems and presentation workflows.
• Understanding of motion, interaction, and social-first design principles.
• Experience designing across integrated campaigns, social content, branding, and digital touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and preparing final artwork across digital and print formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, Figma AI, or similar platforms.

• Experience working across APAC markets.
• Automotive, luxury, technology, or lifestyle brand experience.
• Motion design or video editing skills.
• Experience with asset management systems and scalable campaign production workflows.
