Landor, Global Design Studio is looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our multi-skilled and multicultural studio. The ideal candidate will be as excited as we are about how design will help shape the future and will be an integral member of our branding team, helping us create outstanding, strategically driven creative work for our clients. The ideal candidate will explore and conceptualise design solutions. Lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.

What you’ll do:

• As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.

• Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.

• Evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.

• Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.

• Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.

• Strong grasp of AI tools to support and enhance the creative process.

• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• An impressive branding and packaging portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation, strategy and development.
