Job Summary
We’re looking for a Deployment Strategist for AI Agents to own the end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations in real customer environments.
This is a mission-critical, forward-deployed role—you’ll be embedded with clients, bridging cutting-edge AI R&D with real-world operational needs.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between our core engineering teams and our customers, ensuring AI agents are configured, tested, optimized, and performing flawlessly in production.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent deployments, from initial scoping through production rollout
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders: our client teams and their end customers
Guide clients through the full lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion—driving long-term impact and ensuring the AI provides measurable ROI.
Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers—manage expectations, create alignment, and become their trusted partner in AI transformation.
Lead stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Act as a bridge between core R&D and customer operations, translating product capabilities into practical, high-impact deployments
Ensure deployments meet performance, reliability, and business success criteria
Manage risk, handle escalations, and remove blockers to keep programs on track and clients confident in high-pressure environments.
Take a hands-on role in implementation, including:
Configuration and optimization of AI agents
Testing and validation in real production environments
Working directly with APIs, webhooks, and LLM prompting
What we’re looking for
Core Requirements
Strong background in technical product management, technical program management, or engineering
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
Strong technical acumen—you’re comfortable discussing APIs, cloud infrastructure, LLM behavior, and enterprise IT integrations. You can "speak engineer" and "speak executive" fluently.
Proven track record of owning complex project delivery end to end
Ability to integrate technical execution with business objectives
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Nice-to-Have / Bonus
Ideally 7+ years experience in technical program management
Prior experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role
Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production
Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration tools, or multi-agent systems
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex stakeholder environments
Comfort operating in early-stage or fast-scaling environments with evolving processes
Ability to read and reason about code, even if not writing production code daily
Experience working directly with product and research teams to shape roadmap based on customer learnings
What Success Looks Like
AI agents are successfully deployed, stable, and delivering measurable value in customer production environments
Customers and end users view you as a trusted technical partner, not just an implementation resource
Deployments move from pilot to production quickly and reliably, with minimal rework
Feedback from real-world deployments meaningfully informs R&D and product direction
Technical and business stakeholders stay aligned, informed, and confident throughout delivery
You proactively identify risks, unblock issues, and own outcomes end to end
Over time, you help define best practices and repeatable playbooks for AI agent deployments
Mindset We Value
Startup mentality: bias toward action, and ownership
Customer-obsessed: success is defined by customer outcomes
Why This Role
This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world impact. Your work directly determines whether AI agents succeed in production, deliver value to customers, and scale reliably.
