Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly S&OP and demand forecast discussions with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a rolling demand forecast by incorporating market intelligence such as promotions, new launches, phase in or phase out, and discontinuations from Sales and Marketing teams.
• Translate the demand plan into a supply plan to support order placement with principals.
• Balance demand and supply across omni channels, and coordinate product allocation or inventory rebalancing when required.
• Reconcile demand and supply plans to mitigate risks of stock shortages or excess inventory, particularly during new launches, supply constraints, or unexpected demand spikes.
• Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory, and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions.
• Analyze demand trends, identify business risks and opportunities, and propose appropriate mitigation plans.
• Prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP materials, and demand planning KPI reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage planning complexity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
