As a Senior Demand Planner in B2B, you will play a key role in shaping Emma’s Offline supply chain strategy by driving accurate demand forecasting, optimizing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and aligning commercial demand with supply execution. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with wholesale, supply planning, and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and support scalable growth across European markets.

What you'll do::
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with supply planning and business goals. Develop robust, accurate demand forecasts that drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions for B2B wholesale partners. Analyze historical sales data, demand patterns, and market dynamics to build predictive forecasting models that support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with wholesale teams to account for promotions, merchandising plans, product launches, and customer demand signals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements to the planning process. Communicate forecast insights and assumptions to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment on demand plans.

Who we're looking for::
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in demand planning , forecasting , or Sales and Operations Planning , ideally at a senior level. Strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decisions. Experience leading planning projects and solving complex challenges with a structured and strategic mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
