Senior Delivery Expert

We are searching for a Delivery Analyst Expert to join our rapidly expanding Agile teams. As a Senior member of the Delivery team you will have the exciting challenge of working on cutting-edge technologies focusing on the financial and banking market’s needs. You will be working with Head of Delivery to meet business use cases and road map, overseeing multiple streams and taking responsibility for high-quality deliveries on banking Analytics Models.

• Core Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Analyst Expert, you are responsible for one or more stream of Deliveries, use your expertise to help Product Owners and Scrum Masters to develop a plan for medium to large sized deliveries in parallel.
• You are required to work with Product Owners, Data Scientist Leads, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure plans and executions progress is in line with expectations.
• You are required to follow up with the teams on their deliveries, ensure momentum, mobilize new teams and release roadmap dashboard to show progress and escalate blockers.
• Your main value is in two folds, to ensure model lifecycle to production is clear and progressing as planned, in addition removing blockers and impediments through proper escalation, and assisting the Head of Delivery in realizing the sponsors vision and meeting expectations as planned.
• You will get full support from managers, experienced architects and Data Scientists to build your skills, unblock any issues and ensure formal methods are followed with management with whom you must communicate professionally, effectively, and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Exposure to Banking Products domains.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• Not less than 7 years' experience in project management.
• Relevant experience in leading projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent people-management skills.
• Business Planning.
• Creating network and building a good knowledge base.
• Understanding of the Global Transaction Banking industry and its digital trends.
• Change management expertise with a focus on ensuring client and employee adoption of digital solutions.
• Analytics Delivery Process Experience.
• Project Management Skills.
• Ability to set clear deliverables in a roadmap and plan.
• Fast learner able to bridge gaps and source information.
