Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing coaching and leading junior dealer representative on daily works.
• Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different investment products, including local and foreign securities, derivatives, funds etc.
• Risk management and monitoring of market activities, clients’ account/margin/trades by adhering to the compliance policies & procedures, as well as the respective regulatory and law’s requirements and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on key developments in financial markets, competition and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution, settlement, and pos-trade activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and regulators in projects/developments related to business, products, platforms, systems and regulatory requirements.
• Assist customer service team to handle and solve enquiries, and to provide necessary customer support on platforms and products.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business and/or relevant disciplines.
• Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia’s “Capital Markets Services Representative's License” (CMSRL) registered person/holder. Other relevant industry certifications are a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in relevant dealing/trading field specifically in financial institutions, brokerage firms or related industries.
• Willing to work in shift rotation (day/night shift) including public holidays. 5 working days per week.
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of investment products including securities, derivatives, funds etc.
• Able to work independently and as a valuable team player by portraying effective leadership skills.
• Good adaptability, able to work under pressure, strong analytical and presentation skills, good-looking interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Language proficiency in English, Malay is a must, while Chinese is preferrable.
