Who We're Looking For:

1. Domain Expert:​ Deep understanding of consumer behavior, panel research, and consumer metrics. Experience with e-receipt capture methodologies; familiarity with the local Taiwan e-receipt market is a significant plus.

2. Technical Expert:​ Strong coding proficiency and deep technical skills to design and implement robust, efficient solutions.

3. Agile Driver:​ Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, adept at agile methodologies, results-oriented, and passionate about using data to advance products.

4. Innovative Mindset:​ Flexible and creative thinker, capable of solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Mission:

1. Join our International Data Science team as the dedicated technical point of contact for the Product Design & Enhancement (PDE) team, driving the launch and iteration of our latest consumer measurement products.

2. You will bridge global and local markets, ensuring product stability and performance excellence, leading the transformation in how we measure shopping behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Product Management:​ Act as the core liaison, leading the deployment of new products across markets, ensuring system stability, data quality, and continuous performance optimization.

2. Technical Localization & Innovation Implementation:​ Accurately translate global measurement methodologies into scalable, automated, and technically sound solutions tailored to local market needs.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:​ Utilize deep expertise in consumer behavior, panel data, and analytics to generate key insights that drive product optimization and business strategy.

 

About You

You are a great fit to our team if you have knowledge of consumer behaviour, panels in general, consumer metrics and analytics. Experience with any e-receipt capture methodologies and experience with local Taiwan e-receipt market will be a fantastic addition. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills together with agile, solution-oriented ways of working and a high interest in decision making to bring our product forward are driving you. Within the PDE group, the profound coding experience and technical skills combined with a flexible and innovative mindset are essential skills.

We are looking for

1. Essential Requirements:

1)University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Socio-economics or other related fields

2)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG, Retail, Consumer Research, or any related market research industry.

Core Competencies:

1)Strong aptitude for data analysis with a solid foundation in statistics; ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large-scale data sources.

2)Excellent time management, coordination, and project management skills (with an end-to-end perspective).

3)Experience in one or more of the following: statistical modeling, variance estimation, trend analysis, indirect estimation, data aggregation techniques, automation, generalization.

4)Proficiency in Python (knowledge of R is a plus) for data extraction, cleaning, root cause analysis, and visualization.

5)Experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases.

6)Domain Expertise (at least one required): Demography, Sampling, Statistical Modeling, Survey Design Practices.
