About the Role: We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will lead challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall AI strategy. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
• Perform advanced data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design & guide team members in the optimization, deployment and productionize AI models at scale.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in data science methodologies and tools.
• Mentor and coach data scientists. We need to remove the sentence as it is not a core responsibility to Senior Data Scientist (not a managerial or supervisory position) , guidance to junior team members is already covered in point 4

Requirements:
Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field
• Excellent understanding of ML/DL and Statistics, theoretical concepts as well as practical applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and efficient code with the ability to review and optimize team members’ submissions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, hybrid team environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Relevant experience in the financial industry (preferred, but not required).

· M.Sc. in related field is a plus.

· Understands trade-offs between model accuracy, business impact, and deployment speed

• Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
