Your mission:
Als Senior Data Mining Engineer bist du der Enabler für unseren "Best-in-Class" Herstellungsprozess (Process of Record). Du verbindest tiefes physikalisches Verständnis mit modernster Datenanalyse, um die Ausbeute (Yield) und Stabilität unserer Halbleiterfertigung auf das nächste Level zu heben. Du genießt dabei ein extrem hohes Maß an Gestaltungsfreiheit bei der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben
• Prozessoptimierung: Du optimierst den POR hinsichtlich Yield, Produktqualität und Linienstabilität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Yield Engineering.
• Data Engineering: Du richtest Data-Warehouses (z.B. in SQL) ein und betreust die entsprechenden ETL-Jobs in Python.
• Monitoring & Analyse: Du setzt SPC-Charts (Statistische Prozesslenkung) auf, überwachst KPIs und führst Root-Cause-Analysen bei Prozessabweichungen durch.
• Änderungsmanagement: Du planst und evaluierst Fertigungsversuche (DoE), um Prozessfenster auszurichten und neue Materialien oder Equipment einzuführen.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Du agierst als kommunikative Brücke zwischen Produktionsplanung, Einzelprozessen, F&E und dem Qualitätsmanagement.

Dein Profil
• Ausbildung: Du hast einen Master in Data Science oder einem verwandten Bereich; ein Hintergrund oder starkes Interesse an Physik ist für unsere Technologie essenziell.
• Technische Expertise: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Python und SQL.
• Methodik: Du beherrschst statistische Auswertungen (z.B. mit JMP) von Produktparametern sowie Anlagen- und Zuverlässigkeitsdaten.
• Soft Skills: Du zeichnest dich durch ein sehr hohes Maß an Self-Leadership aus. Du kannst Aufgaben selbst priorisieren, Abhängigkeiten entscheiden und Workflows eigenständig organisieren.
• Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
