In the capacity of a Senior Data Insights & BI, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the creation and implementation of sophisticated dashboards and visualizations.
• Performing in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data strategies.
• Designing and maintaining comprehensive data models and ETL processes.
• Providing mentorship to junior analysts and encouraging the adoption of best practices in analytics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with data modelling and ETL development.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Other BI tools (Metabase)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with metadata management tools.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced analytical and statistical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
