Senior Data Engineer (Tableau,Snowflake, Python)

About you:

Experience Level: Senior

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, and Tableau.

• Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and probability distributions.

• Experience working with machine learning tools and algorithms.

• Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business or product insights.

• Hands-on experience building robust, flexible data pipelines in production environments.

• Experience integrating data across multiple systems and data sources, including APIs and external platforms.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, data, and quality/validation contexts.

• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance in ambiguous, research-heavy environments.

Bonus point for:

• Experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks or tooling (e.g., HealthBench, Label Studio, or similar platforms).

• Prior work on AI safety, validation, or evaluation methodologies, particularly in regulated or high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare).

• Experience designing or evaluating LLM-based systems, including automated evaluation approaches (e.g., LLM-as-Judge).

• Background in health AI, clinical data, or healthcare analytics.
Experience taking AI or data science research concepts and successfully productionizing them.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
