Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Data Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analytics from problem framing to insight delivery, adoption, and KPI/ROI tracking.
• Build and optimize Power BI models, Python analytics workflows, and advanced Excel analyses.
• Apply hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover root causes and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and reproducibility across analytics outputs.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with Data Engineering/Data Science to operationalize insights and AI/ML outputs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus. 7–10+years in analytics/BI with measurable impact, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Expert in Power BI (data modeling, performance optimization, deployments), strong SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Proficient in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization, plus advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas); Git and testing experience.
• Proven problem solver with root-cause analysis, KPI design, executive dashboards, and translating business goals into analytical solutions.
• Strong communicator and leader with data storytelling skills, stakeholder influence, high data integrity, continuous improvement mindset; AI/ML and regulated-industry experience a plus.
