About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Data Engineering, focused on AWS and Snowflake. This role combines hands-on technical execution with direct client interaction to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions using modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality data and analytics solutions using modern data platforms.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and engineers to meet delivery milestones.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, optimization, and proactive issue identification.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Requirements:
• +5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tools, including:
• Snowflake
• dbt
• Airflow
• Databricks
• Redshift
• Palantir
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, including Medallion Architecture.
• Experience with ETL and ELT processes.
• Data modeling experience using dimensional and Kimball methodologies.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in data profiling and anomaly detection.
• Solid background in relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Soft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in client-facing environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
