Senior Data Analyst

Your mission:
Our Data stack can be briefly described as
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• dbt Core
• Airbyte
• Looker
• Python

Responsibilities
• Provide insights by creating dashboards and adhoc analysis
• Solve bugs by collaborating with other non-technical teams
• Help stakeholders & other team members with their day-to-day data related questions
• Conduct root cause analysis when metrics deviate from expected patterns
• Challenge metrics and question stakeholder assumptions to ensure accuracy

Your profile:
We Expect You To
• SQL expertise (2+ years) with proven ability to write complex queries
• Be proactive & detail oriented
• Have ability to explain complex data processes to less tech savvy team members
• Have understanding of digital data collection: event tracking, API integrations, and how user interactions become measurable metrics
• Have experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards or a similar tool (Power BI, Tableau) 
• Be familiar with code versioning control

Considered an advantage
• Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo)
• E-commerce domain knowledge and understanding of core business metrics
• Experience with conducting & analyzing A/B tests
