We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our centralized Data and Analytics team, tasked with converting ambiguous business questions into clear direction and real impact. This is a pivotal role that balances deep analytics, strategy, and persuasive storytelling. You will own high-impact analyses that directly influence product, growth, and operational decisions, working closely with functional leads and executive leadership to shape how Jeeves scales. Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID

Job Responsibilities: :
• Research, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize business processes
• Work collaboratively, communicate findings, present insights as well as recommend actionable solutions to product owners, finance, GTM, and other cross-functional teams
• Own high-impact analyses that influence product, growth, and operational decisions
• Partner closely with leadership and functional leads to solve ambiguous business problems
• Write SQL and Python to dig into complex datasets and uncover what actually matters
• Build clean, intuitive Tableau dashboards people actually use
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations—not just slides and charts
• Communicate insights confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help define metrics, KPIs, and how we measure success as a company

Requirements: :
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a preference working in financial services
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI,)
• Ability to demonstrate expertise in SQL and Python or R required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
• Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
• Collaborative and team oriented
• Hands-on experience leading strategic analysis in AI-enabled environments, with the ability to independently apply AI and advanced analytics to frame problems, generate insights, and drive executive decisions.
