About the role: 
As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our data strategies and unlocking insights that drive impactful decisions across the organization. Leading complex analytical initiatives, you’ll work closely with a team of data professionals, ensuring data solutions align with business goals. This role offers the chance to influence strategic direction while staying hands-on in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. 
About your tasks:
• Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide analytical needs, including models supporting business enablement.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface operational KPIs, enabling real-time insight into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth operational data analysis, identifying trends, tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership
• Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex data into compelling narratives tailored to operational stakeholders.
About you: 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to business environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, with a proven ability to handle large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Preferably experience managing Microsoft Fabric capacities (F SKUs), e.g., F64/F128 (capacity sizing, monitoring, and governance)
