We at Sigma Software are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics and Pricing Optimization team. The role is senior-level, full-time, and based in Ukraine, Europe, with flexibility to collaborate with international teams.

CUSTOMER

Our customer is a leading retail technology company specializing in pricing optimization software. They partner with global retailers to enhance profitability and competitiveness through data-driven strategies and advanced pricing models. Known for their innovative approach, they deliver solutions that combine business intelligence with cutting-edge algorithms to maximize value for clients.

PROJECT

The project involves implementing and optimizing a sophisticated pricing platform for large-scale retail operations. You’ll work on aligning platform capabilities with client needs, designing pricing experiments, and ensuring adoption through training and support.

Key Technologies: SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Revionics, DemandTec

• Analyze business and pricing processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and processes
• Recommend improvements based on best practices
• Align platform capabilities with client requirements
• Design and validate pricing experiments with Data Scientists
• Configure pricing platform for optimal client setup
• Deliver user training and ongoing support
• Monitor pricing performance and share insights
• Drive user adoption and recommend strategies to maximize platform value

• 5+ years in pricing analytics, data analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
• Understanding of data structures, modeling, and warehousing
• Experience in data cleaning and quality assurance
• Proven delivery of impactful analytics solutions
• Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and psychological pricing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
