We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team, and ensure that everyone at Kadmos has access to the data and insights they need to make quick and smart decisions every day.

About the company Kadmos is on an ambitious mission to revolutionize salary payments to migrant workers. The Berlin-based startup was founded in 2021 by MIT graduates Justus Schmueser and Sasha Makarovych to bring fintech, low margins, and transparent FX to industries riddled with opaque mark-ups, kickbacks, and physical cash transactions.

What you can expect

• Own company reporting topics: Support ongoing reporting management activities and information gathering for audits/reviews as required, will work closely with all departments to design and maintain dashboards & reports. In addition to that, you will be able to have a direct impact on the data model of the company
• Nice & Modern Tech Stack: Enjoy running fast queries on Druid & moving a mountain with Big Query & building beautiful dashboards with Metabase
• Lead BI initiatives. Kick start initiatives to improve your team's effectiveness through introducing innovative technology and improving existing ways of working between tech & business
• Lots of freedom. You'll be given complete independence in your areas of responsibility and should take full ownership of your areas of responsibility, playing a central part in our success
• Fast growth. You will directly experience and take part in the scale-up of a high-growth business

Must have requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's/Master‘s Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related subject with a strong quantitative focus
• You have mastered SQL and are proficient in Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and a customer-centric orientation
• Total ownership mindset Fluent in English

Nice to have requirements

• Previous work experience(s) in BI Functions of FinTechs or Financial Services companies
• Familiarity with Python
