Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or business intelligence analyst working with large and complex datasets
• Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, analytical functions)
• Proven experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load automation
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable BI datasets, semantic models, and dataflows
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI
• Experience with enterprise data pipelines, data warehouses, and data modeling best practices
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a track record of delivering insights that influence decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, including a good working proficiency in verbal and written English

We build and maintain highly reliable data pipelines and analytical layers that power 24×7 business operations, dashboards, automation, and decision-support tools used by analysts, operations teams, and C-Level stakeholders.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage SQL, ETL experience, and advanced Power BI skills to transform raw data into trusted, actionable insights. You will work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business leaders to define KPIs, develop scalable reporting solutions, and uncover patterns and opportunities that optimize business performance. You will build enterprise-grade datasets, automate reporting workflows, and ensure the highest standard of data quality and consistency across the BI ecosystem.
