Dein Aufgabenbereich

Als Senior Analytics Engineer (w|m|d) bist Du Teil unseres Data-Teams und verantwortest die Schnittstelle zwischen Data Platform und datengetriebener Business-Steuerung. Die Rolle vereint ca. 40 % Data Engineering und 60 % Advanced Analytics.

Data Engineering

• Verantwortung für Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Stabilität unserer Datenpipelines (Airflow, BigQuery, DBT)

• Design und Ownership zentraler Datenmodelle im Data Warehouse als Grundlage für Reporting, Self-Service-Analytics und Advanced Analytics

• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität durch Tests, Monitoring und saubere Transformationslogik

• Performance- und Kostenoptimierung im Data Warehouse

• Integration neuer Datenquellen in enger Abstimmung mit Produkt, Marketing und Tech

Data Analyst

· Übersetzung komplexer Business-Fragestellungen in strukturierte, reproduzierbare Analysen

· Eigenständige Analyse von Nutzerverhalten, Churn-Treibern und Performance-Kennzahlen

· Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen mit direktem Einfluss auf Produkt- und Geschäftsentscheidungen

· Konzeption und Aufbau von datengetriebenen Workflows und Projektierung der Implementierung

· Optional: Entwicklung statistischer Modelle oder Machine-Learning-Ansätze zur Optimierung von Produkten und Prozessen
