Job Description

AutoScout24, realtà leader nel Digital Automotive, è alla ricerca di un/a Senior Customer Support Consultant full-time da inserire nel team Customer Support presso la sede di Padova con l’obiettivo di contribuire attivamente all’evoluzione e alla crescita del servizio anche in ottica internazionale.

Cosa farai

Entrerai in un team dinamico e orientato al cliente e alla performance, con un ruolo attivo non solo nell’operatività ma anche nel miglioramento continuo del servizio:

• Gestione di richieste inbound e outbound, garantendo elevati standard di qualità in un’ottica orientata al customer success

• Consulenza a clienti (dealer e privati) sull’utilizzo delle nostre soluzioni digitali

• Identificazione di inefficienze e proposta di miglioramenti dei processi

• Analisi dati e produzione di report per monitorare performance, trend e opportunità

• Collaborazione cross-team e cross-country (Sales, Product, Marketing)

• Contributo attivo alla diffusione di best practice e alla crescita del team

Chi cerchiamo

Cerchiamo una persona con mentalità di crescita, con potenziale evolutivo verso ruoli di coordinamento:

• 2+ anni di esperienza in contesti customer-facing, commerciali o performance-driven

• Esperienza nel lavorare con obiettivi chiari, KPI e contesti dinamici

• Ottima capacità di dare e ricevere feedback in modo costruttivo

• Visione proattiva e orientamento al miglioramento continuo, oltre la gestione operativa

• Attitudine alla responsabilità e ownership delle attività

Competenze chiave:

• Comunicazione efficace e capacità di gestione del cliente anche in situazioni complesse

• Approccio analitico e confidenza con dati e reportistica (Excel o strumenti simili)

• Buone capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità sotto pressione

• Attitudine alla collaborazione e influenza positiva sul team

Requisiti:

• Diploma o laurea (preferibilmente in ambito economico o simile)

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2 o superiore)

• L’esperienza in ambienti internazionali o a contatto con stakeholder esteri è un nice to have
