About the team
The Global Ads CRM Senior Executive will be part of the central CRM team, composed of 18+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to ideating and testing triggers and lifecycle journeys and executing campaigns for local markets. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base through new initiatives; delighting customers with personalised best-in-class experiences and leveraging AI to drive velocity of execution.
About the role
You’ll report into the Head of Global CRM in London, with a dotted line into the Head of Advertising Operations, and initiate, execute, proof and send targeted campaigns across our customer segments, to support our advertising proposition globally. You’ll enjoy collaborating across the business and work closely with Marketing, Commercial and the Advertising Org. You'll operate under a hybrid work model, spending a minimum of three days a week at our London HQ.
You’ll be a passionate and highly technical CRM marketer, who consistently puts the customer at the centre of their decision making and campaign execution. You'll be the kind of person who can’t wait to look at your metrics soon after a send to inform ongoing improvements, and you'll get excited about new ideas, new channels and new campaigns. You'll work well with others and arrive at kick-off meetings for a new campaign full of ideas, based on what we've learnt through data and your own inspiration.
What you'll be doing
• Support the Head of Global CRM Manager with the Advertising CRM strategy: analyse and track key segments for future growth and commercial planning in both the UK and growth markets

• Collaborate with local CRM Managers, Advertising Team, Marketing Team and other stakeholders to support the CRM and Advertising calendar
• Define processes and ways of working between Advertising and CRM across Deliveroo markets
• Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, executing in a timely and effective manner
• Create, deploy and own local experiments to develop CRM best practices
• Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently (we love Slack channels for everything!)
• Drive test & learn strategies to optimise email templates, channel content and customer initiatives creating email best practice and making recommendations across the business
• Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or strong relevant experience
• A minimum of 2-3 years CRM experience
• Highly computer literate with:
