About the role

Are you ready to take ownership of the full collections journey and shape how we manage credit at scale?

We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller who will manage the collections process end-to-end and strengthen our credit framework. Your focus will be on designing a collections process that scales with the growth of our company, implementing strategies to accelerate cash flow, and overseeing the credit insurance process and policy requirement. This means both working closely with customers to find solutions on outstanding amounts and building a future-proof collections journey that is efficient, data-driven, and customer-friendly, with the opportunity to improve it using new technologies including automation and AI.

This role offers the chance to move beyond execution and into ownership. You will apply strategic thinking while staying close to operations, ensuring both customer experience and impact. You will develop skills in credit insurance, process optimization, and the use of advanced tools and technologies in finance.
