The Role

As a Senior Creator Campaign Manager you are just as passionate about creators, influencers and social as we are. You’ll own the creator and community approach for your key clients, combining long-term vision with hands-on execution. You’ll build ambassador programs that deliver impact throughout the year, defining creator approaches across all tiers, from macro and micro creators to UGC and product seeding. Alongside that, you’ll translate campaign briefs into creator-first responses that turn insights, platform culture and brand goals into ideas that truly resonate. 

As the driving force behind creator strategy and campaign execution for brands like Etos, Andrélon, Samsung and JBL, you ensure stories land in the right places and make noise across platforms. 

We're looking for someone bold and creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to bring the best out of creators, and is ready to push boundaries in creator marketing.

What we're looking for:

Fluent in Dutch, with excellent English skills

5+ years of experience in creator/influencer campaign management for leading brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Proven ability to translate client briefs into compelling creator-first strategies and campaign approaches that support brand objectives

Experience in building long-term ambassador programs and managing creator ecosystems across all tiers

Extensive creator network in the Netherlands and Belgium 

Strong commercial insight and the ability to support the account & project management team in growing client relationships

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas to clients with conviction

Experienced in running and overseeing multiple projects end-to-end, managing creator budgets, timelines, workflows, and performance

A mentorship mindset, guiding junior team members in their day-to-day work and to pursue bold ideas

A collaborative spirit, working cross-craft with strategy, creative, and media teams to push the boundaries of social

A passion for staying ahead of trends, driving innovation & experimentation, and inspiring colleagues across the company with new ideas
