Senior Creative Designer — FitFlow
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (On-site / Hybrid)

The Role
FitFlow is expanding its creative capacity in Vilnius. We are hiring a Senior Creative Designer who can take full ownership of static performance creatives across two funnels — from research and creative angle development to high‑volume ad production and rapid iteration.
This role requires someone who knows performance design deeply: how angles work, how creatives influence media buying, and how to scale winning formats.
You’ll work closely with media buyers, BI, and our internal Creative Studio to continuously produce, iterate, and scale high‑impact static ads.

What You’ll Do
Creative Research & Strategy (2 days/week)
• Research winning angles, market trends, and competitor ads for two FitFlow funnels.
• Identify weekly themes, topics, and insights that feed into new creative directions.
• Translate research into clear creative hypotheses and concepts for testing.
Static Ad Production (3 days/week)
• Produce 60+ high‑quality static ad assets per week across multiple funnel angles.
• Generate variations optimized for CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and downstream funnel KPIs.
• Build iterations fast — without compromising quality.
Creative Quality & Cross‑Team Collaboration
• Review and refine Creative Studio output to ensure alignment with FitFlow funnel needs.
• Work closely with media buyers to align creatives with performance insights and testing cycles.
• Support funnel expansion with angle‑based creative frameworks and scalable visual systems.
AI‑Driven Creative Development
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted workflows for rapid ad iteration.
• Experiment with new models and generation systems to scale volume and speed.
• Use AI to accelerate variation creation across multiple funnel angles.
What You Bring
• 4–6+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or Performance Creative.
• A portfolio showcasing static ads, direct‑response creatives, and high‑volume iteration work.
• Strong understanding of hooks, angles, visual psychology, and full‑funnel performance.
• Ability to work fast while keeping design quality consistently high.
• Experience collaborating directly with media buyers or performance teams.
• Hands‑on experience with (or openness to adopt) AI design tools.
• Ownership‑driven mindset — you take responsibility for output and performance.
Nice to Have
• Experience in mobile performance, subscription funnels, or high‑volume testing environments.
• Experience in iterating creatives based on research or data insights.
• Familiarity with performance dashboards, CTR/CVR logic, and creative‑impact metrics.
