Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performance Senior Creative Designer who operates at the intersection of brand, conversion, and speed. This role is responsible for producing and scaling creative across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, email/SMS, and retail channels—while minimizing reliance on detailed briefs and excessive revision cycles.
This is not a traditional design role. It is a creative operator position focused on driving performance, consistency, and high-volume output at scale.
Core Responsibilities
High-Volume Creative Execution
• Design 20–50+ assets per week across:
• PDP graphics (Shopify, Amazon)
• Paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
• Organic social content
• Email/SMS creative
• Promotional campaigns (bundles, launches, sales)
• Maintain a high bar for quality while operating at speed
Conversion-Driven Design
• Translate marketing goals into high-performing creative
• Build assets leveraging:
• Strong hooks
• Clear, benefit-driven messaging
• Social proof
• Urgency and CTA hierarchy
• Continuously iterate based on performance data
Creative Systems & Templates
• Build scalable design systems to reduce:
• Revision cycles
• Back-and-forth communication
• Dependency on detailed briefs
• Develop reusable templates for:
• PDPs
• Paid ads
• Promotional campaigns
• Establish visual and structural consistency across all channels
Cross-Channel Adaptation
• Adapt campaigns across:
• Shopify
• TikTok Shop
• Amazon
• Retail displays
• Ensure each asset is optimized for its platform—not simply resized
Brand Elevation & Consistency
• Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity
• Ensure cohesion across:
• Digital
• Retail
• Experiential touchpoints
• Balance performance-driven creative with premium brand standards
Collaboration & Ownership
• Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
• Take ownership of creative direction when briefs are limited
• Proactively identify creative opportunities, gaps, and testing ideas
Requirements:
Must-Have
• 5+ years of experience in design within beauty, CPG, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• PDP design
• Paid social creative
• Product marketing assets
• Proven ability to:
• Work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Manage high asset volume
• Operate with minimal direction
Performance Skillset (Non-Negotiable)
• Deep understanding of:
• Conversion-focused design
• Visual hierarchy
• Direct-response creative principles
• Experience designing for:
• Mobile-first environments
• TikTok-native formats
• Demonstrated ability to iterate based on performance metrics
Systems & Tools
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Experience building:
• Design systems
• Template libraries
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and paid media creative workflows is a plus
