We are seeking a talented corporate services professional to join our established BVI office. We only employ individuals who are professionally minded, committed and able to demonstrate good people skills.
The Role
This opportunity is ideal for a person with experience in BVI Corporate Administration who is looking to take the next step in their journey to explore their passion for excellence and client service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all incorporation and post incorporation services to clients from around the world. They will offer excellent communication via email and calls to clients and ensure all services are completed and that client expectations are met and exceeded.
General Responsibilities
Provide timely and efficient responses and services to all clients.
Advise, assist with, and resolve complex issues in the administration of key client
Engage in a collaborative team approach to provide superior client service.
Keep abreast of all industry and legislation updates.
Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers.
Act as the point of contact with the corporate registry on clients that you actively service.
Escalate issues and areas of concern to team leader without delay.
Skills and Experience
Associate/Undergraduate Degree
5+ years of Corporate Administration experience
ICSA/STEP qualification preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the BVI financial services industry, the Registry of Corporate Affairs, FIA, FSC, and ITA.
Knowledge & experience using Viewpoint would be advantageous.
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous assignments simultaneously.
Initiative-taking and ability to take initiative.
Proven project management skills
Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong belief in corporate core values
