About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Recruitment team at Scorewarrior.

This role focuses on hiring for Corporate functions, primarily Legal, Finance, and Administrative roles. These positions are largely filled by local professionals or long-term Cyprus residents, so strong knowledge of the Cyprus labor market and the ability to work closely with local candidates is essential.

You will partner with hiring managers across functions such as Office Management, Legal, Finance, HR, and Relocation, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process from initial briefing to offer acceptance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruiting high-quality professionals to support Scorewarrior’s growing corporate teams.

• Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, references, and offer negotiations.

• Collecting and verifying candidate references.

• Continuously improving interview and assessment processes to enhance hiring quality and candidate experience.

• Applying modern sourcing and recruiting methods tailored to the Cyprus market.

• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting recruitment data and reports to stakeholders.

• Preparation and negotiation of offers with candidates.

• Advising and training hiring managers on best hiring practices.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)

• Hands-on experience hiring in Cyprus or for the Cyprus market

• Strong understanding of local candidate profiles, hiring practices, and labor specifics

• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Advanced English; Greek is a strong advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence in giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Proactive, results-driven, flexible, and adaptable mindset

• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

• Based in Limassol or willing to relocate.
