What we are looking for
General knowledge
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or communication-related studies
Strong written communication skills in Spanish. Additional language skills in addition to Spanish and experience in e-commerce are an asset.
Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for increased efficiency
Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of WordPress
Basic understanding of website design and visual elements.
Experience
General word processing experience
Basic experience in image editing
Experience with WordPress page builders (desired)
Basic understanding of SEO (desired)
HTML experience (desired)
Qualities
Demonstrates ability to get things done.
Reliably communicates the status of a project
Exceptional attention to detail
What you will do
Responsibilities
Placement of content (copywriting and images) on client sites
Detail-oriented adjustments to the formatting of content on customer sites
Preparing the content of the client's redesign for release
Ability to think critically and solve minor formatting problems.
Coordinate with the designer to fix major content issues prior to release
Ability to meet and exceed monthly production targets.
Requires reliable Internet access
Customer interaction: the role of content integration specialist is not a customer-facing position.
Percentage breakdown
50% for page-by-page content edits and creation of new pages on client sites
30% full site content integration or transfers for redesigns
Detail-oriented format settings of 10%
10% basic image editing
