As our Senior Coordinator: Employer Delivery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our employer partners receive world‑class support — whether they self‑service or are supported by our team on bespoke projects. From finalising diagnostics, coordinating opportunity cards, and overseeing applicant flows, to ensuring placements are achieved — you are the engine that keeps project delivery running smoothly.
This is a dynamic, high‑impact role that requires agility, ownership, and strong relationship‑building capabilities.

💼 What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Partner with employers to build and execute delivery plans.
Drive delivery excellence while managing targets proactively.
Lead, guide, and support project coordinators daily.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Training, and Partner Care teams.
Ensure seamless communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with agility and strong time management.
Track project progress using HubSpot and Excel tools.
Foster team well‑being and alignment with the Harambee Way of Working and Values.
Handle any additional project‑related duties required to deliver outstanding results.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Matric / Grade 12.
Minimum 2 years’ demand delivery execution experience.
Strong customer service experience.
A problem‑solver with tenacity and drive.
Excellent communicator across multiple formats.
Highly accountable, adaptable, and energised by fast‑paced environments.
Able to build strong employer relationships and support teams with clarity and compassion.
