Your role at Hostinger

What we’re looking for:
• Produce high-quality, SEO long-form content for Hostinger Tutorials consistently.
• Think strategically, not just execute tasks - you understand the bigger picture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
• Figure things out independently when faced with ambiguity.
• Use AI throughout your process (research, drafting, optimization) - not just for first drafts.
• Give and receive direct feedback comfortably.
• Ask the right questions upfront, admit when you don’t know or don’t understand.
• Question processes that don't make sense and suggest improvements.
• Ship quickly and iterate rather than pursue perfection.

Your day-to-day:
• You'll spend 70% of your time writing long-form SEO content for Hostinger Tutorials and 30% on collaboration, learning, and process improvement.
• You'll share what you learn, contribute to content strategy discussions, and drive improvements in how the team works.
• Be a continuous learner - stay curious about the field, experiment with new approaches, and constantly seek to improve your craft.
• By month 6, you'll be taking on Thought Leadership Content (TLC) - more complex, strategic pieces that require deeper expertise. By month 9, you'll be leading special projects and representing the content team in cross-functional discussions.
• You'll own complex topics independently, collaborate across teams (product, marketing, SEO), and constantly optimize how we create content. No micromanaging, you own the delivery.

Your skills and experience:
• English C1+ (written and spoken) - you'll write content for a global audience and your day-to-day communication with the team is entirely in English.
• 3+ years of experience writing long-form, SEO content, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality long-form content consistently at volume.
• Portfolio demonstrating consistent quality and strategic thinking.
• Experience using AI tools effectively (beyond basic prompts).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content. You know how to optimize a piece for a target keyword without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Openness to editorial feedback and ability to quickly implement it.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong interest in innovation.

Compensation:
• Gross salary starting from 2000 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
