We are looking for a strategic content marketer with success in B2B marketing who hates fluff and loves clarity. You’ll be the voice of H+L who understands buyers’ psychology and can describe someone’s problems better than they can themselves. You aren’t just a writer; you are a builder of trust and authority.

You understand the buyer: You recognize that CMOs aren’t looking for “more content,” they’re looking for solutions to complex challenges like fragmented marketing, inconsistent traffic, and sustainable revenue growth.

You are strategic: You don’t just "post", you architect content that moves an audience from "problem-unaware" to "solution-aware," building such deep trust that reaching out to us for a conversation becomes the only logical next step.

You are an AI Power-User: You don’t just "input prompts." You architect custom GPT workflows to scale our brand DNA, using AI for the heavy lifting while applying "human-in-the-loop" discernment to keep the output soulful and sharp.

You speak human: You write like you talk. You skip corporate jargon like "synergy," "leverage," and "bandwidth."

You value radical honesty: You’re comfortable giving and receiving thoughtful, direct feedback in service of better work and stronger outcomes. 

You will be given priority for this role if:

You have worked with B2B marketing, attracting buyers in restaurant chains

You have success with content marketing for marketing agencies

You have experience writing content for Account-Based Marketing systems

You have a holistic understanding of the marketing mix: graphic design, digital advertising, email marketing, web design & conversion optimization, and social media marketing

What you’ll be doing:

Architecting the H+L Growth Engine: You will lead the "Thought-First" content strategy for our own brand, ensuring every blog, social post, website copy, video and ad moves the prospect closer to a discovery call.

Prescriptive Content Creation: Draft "doctor-style" emails and articles that describe the restaurant industry's problems better than they can, focusing on marketing strategy, operational effectiveness, and mental availability.

Collaborative Design: You’ll provide structured Markdown drafts with clear visual cues for our designers, ensuring the strategy isn't lost in the creative.
