We are seeking a high-ownership Content Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end content strategy across app, website, blog, and social platforms including Instagram and YouTube. This role goes beyond publishing posts — you will shape brand narratives, build culturally relevant campaigns, and create engaging formats that make astrology meaningful, practical, and shareable in everyday life. Working closely with founders, designers, and creative collaborators, you will strengthen audience trust, spark conversations, and drive long-term user engagement through high-quality storytelling and performance-focused execution.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a quarterly editorial calendar across website, blog, in-app content, and video platforms
• Align content themes with product launches, astrological events, and marketing objectives
• Identify emerging trends and audience insights to create fresh, relevant content ideas
• Create and publish diverse content formats including long-form articles, quizzes, explainers, and video scripts
• Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation and outlining to publishing and optimization
• Maintain a distinctive and consistent brand voice across all channels
• Conceptualize and script short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Develop strong hooks, captions, storyboards, and calls-to-action to increase engagement
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce polished, on-brand assets
• Plan and execute organic and paid content campaigns across social, email, and partner channels
• Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, watch time, shares, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on headlines, thumbnails, and content formats
• Manage freelancers and creative partners while maintaining structured workflows and timelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and experiment with new formats such as podcasts, webinars, and live sessions

• Strong copywriting and narrative skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proven ability to execute multi-format content campaigns that drive engagement

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance optimization
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and social media publishing tools
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects
