Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to craft clear, compelling, and user-centered content that:

• Improves ease of use and comprehension across product experiences

• Drives positive metabolic health outcomes for our members

• Powers engaging and informative AI interactions

This is a full time (40 hours per week) temporary contract position through August 2025.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clarity, consistency, health literacy, and accessibility in all content design deliverables

• Work on AI-tools to deliver clear, concise, empathetic, and personalized guidance to members

• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end user journeys aligned with business objectives and clinical/compliance requirements

• Audit and update existing assets based on product initiatives

• Contribute to user research to optimize user experiences and inform content decisions

• Add to our style guide, voice & tone, and other guidelines

• Advocate for content design best practices and contribute to a strong content culture

• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field

• Experience working for healthcare or healthtech companies

• A portfolio showcasing user-focused content solutions

• Passion for plain language, health literacy, and human-centered design

• Experience with AI tools, prompting, and workflows

• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and make data-driven content decisions

• Experience working in agile environments

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Experience using Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk, Survey Sparrow, is a plus

• Spanish fluency preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $90.00 per hour.
