You’re an experienced Content Designer who thrives in cross‑functional squads and knows how to shape content that genuinely meets user needs. You’re confident in creating clear, accessible, and purposeful content – always with consistency, tone of voice, and usability front of mind. You’re energised by the opportunity to influence content strategy within a scaling organisation and help mature content design as a discipline.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Flagstone’s content is clear, accessible, and effective – and that it reflects our style, principles, and commitment to user‑centred design.

• Reporting to the Lead Content Designer, you’ll design, iterate, and optimise content for your tribe/squad, ensuring it’s grounded in user needs and aligned to content design best practices.

• Use evidence and insight from user research, analytics, and experimentation to shape content decisions.

• Partner closely with product designers to prototype, test, validate, and refine content across journeys.

• Contribute to and improve our content standards, including the Content Style Guide, reusable content patterns, and the design system.

• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously evolve your approach – helping to raise the bar for content design across the organisation.

• Explore how AI can support the full content lifecycle, from idea to delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven UX experience, contributing meaningful content design value to shipped products and features.

• Strong UX and interaction sensibilities, including comfort with prototyping and testing content variations.

• Experience designing and analysing A/B tests for content and copy.

• A solid understanding of the finance and banking landscape – or the ability to quickly get up to speed with a complex, regulated domain.

• Model leadership within the UX function — guiding stakeholders, supporting junior team members, and modelling best‑in‑class content design practices.
