Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant (Finance) in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be:

• Facilitating and leading client workshops.
• Translating client requirements into functional designs.
• Partnering with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle – from leading design, right through to go-live and hypercare.
• Driving your own professional development by taking opportunities to participate in training and by learning from senior leaders.
• Positively contributing to and impacting KPMG through initiatives which build our culture and capabilities.

• Proven track record of successful delivery on Workday Finance implementations.
• Experience in a Finance function in an operational capacity.
• Workday Finance certification/s.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
• Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
• Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
