Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You actively support and partially lead the development of commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• You conduct in-depth (digital) business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
• You contribute to the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies.
• You structure complex client problems, identify advisory needs, and develop data-driven solutions with increasing independence.
• You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies on business models and value creation.
• You collaborate closely across projects with internal digital expert teams.
• You prepare client-ready presentations and contribute to workshops, client meetings, and project discussions.

What we require::
• You hold a university degree in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline with excellent grades (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• You have around 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or a related field.
• You show a strong affinity for technology, including digital business models, tech, data, or AI.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and are comfortable working with complex datasets.
• You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You communicate confidently and clearly in both written and verbal contexts.
• You are a service-oriented, proactive team player with a hands-on mentality.
• You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
