About the Role
The Client Service Group (CSG) acts as the single face of Infosys to our clients, holding end-to-end responsibility for client and account relationships. CSG is accountable for relationship management, sales growth and delivery performance, ensuring we meet client expectations while expanding opportunities.
We are seeking a motivated professional to join the CSG team in Kuala Lumpur. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and clients, supporting account growth and ensuring seamless delivery. The role is designed for someone with strong delivery and stakeholder experience, who has the ambition to develop into client relationship and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
• Support client and account relationship management across multiple stakeholders
• Act as first point of contact for client issues, driving resolution and escalation as needed
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
• Coordinate delivery performance and reporting across account teams
• Contribute to account growth activities including opportunity identification and pipeline support
• Develop capability in sales and client management under the guidance of the CSG Lead
Requirements:
Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years of professional experience in technology, consulting or delivery roles
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior leadership
• Extraverted, proactive and able to create new relationships quickly
• Proven ability to address and resolve client issues effectively
• Ambition to develop client relationship and sales skills
Preferred Background
• Previous experience in consulting and delivery roles within Big 4 firms or leading system integrators (e.g. IBM, Accenture, or similar)
• Experience working in technology-driven environments with exposure to delivery and client management
