About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Senior Saviynt IGA Consultant to join our growing Identity Governance & Administration practice. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) for enterprise clients across industries, with a focus on access governance, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and compliance automation. You will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, and delivery managers to design scalable identity solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities: :
• Lead full lifecycle Saviynt EIC implementations, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and go-live support

• Configure and customize core Saviynt modules: Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Access Request System (ARS), Access Certifications, Role Management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Develop and maintain application connectors, REST/SOAP-based integrations, and automated provisioning workflows

• Build and tune analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities within the Saviynt platform

• Lead application onboarding efforts, including entitlement discovery, attribute mapping, and access model design

• Design and implement Saviynt connectors for enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom applications

• Serve as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating complex IGA requirements into actionable solution designs

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level presentations on IGA program maturity and roadmaps

• Mentor junior engineers and analysts, supporting technical growth across the practice

• Document solution architectures, configuration guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

Requirements::
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM/IGA engineering experience, with 3–5 years specifically on Saviynt EIC

• Deep expertise in at least three Saviynt modules: ILM, ARS, Access Certifications, Role Management, SoD

• Strong proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Python for Saviynt customizations and connector development

• Experience with REST API integration, JSON, XML, and LDAP in the context of identity provisioning

• Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SoD policy design, and identity governance frameworks

• Hands-on experience with enterprise directories and HR systems (AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment supporting multiple clients concurrently

• Experience with cloud-based IGA deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Saviynt Certified Professional (SCP) or equivalent certification (Preferred)
