Als (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) Transformation bist du für unsere Kunden ein zuverlässiger Berater bei allen Fragen rund um die Transformation der Kundensysteme nach SAP HCM für S/4HANA oder SuccessFactors und trägst somit maßgeblich zu einer modernen HR-Systemlandschaft unseren Kunden bei - und das alles, ohne auf den Komfort deines Homeoffice verzichten zu müssen 🏡

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist für die Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte verantwortlich und realisierst zusammen mit dem Kunden komplexe Transformationsprojekte im SAP HCM Umfeld.

• Zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen analysierst Du die Kundensystemlandschaft, nimmst die Anforderungen des Kunden auf, und setzt diese im System um. Du führst Kundenworkshops und Schulungen durch.

• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Greenfield, Brownfield als auch SDT basierten Transformationsprojekten mit unterschiedlichen Zielarchitekturen wie zum Beispiel SuccessFactors EC Payroll und/oder der Umstellung auf SAP HCM for S/4HANA.

• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Fachthemen und betreust deine Kollegen als Mentor.
