Als (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant PY (m/w/d) bist du für unsere Kunden ein zuverlässiger Berater bei allen Fragen rund um das SAP-Modul der Personalabrechnung und trägst somit maßgeblich zum Erfolg ihrer HR-Digitalisierung bei - und das alles, ohne auf den Komfort deines Homeoffice verzichten zu müssen 🏡

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist für die Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte verantwortlich und realisierst deren Anforderungen im Modul Personalabrechnung.

• Dabei wirst du Anforderungskonzepte erstellen, ihre Umsetzung leiten und koordinieren, sowie Kundenworkshops und Schulungen organisieren.

• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Neuimplementierungen, zum Beispiel EC Payroll, der Umstellung auf SAP HCM for S/4HANA und Application Management-Projekten.

• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Dein Fachthema und betreust deine Kollegen als Mentor.
